| Service temperature | State design and operating temperatures because material and trim selection are service-dependent. |
|---|---|
| Pressure class | The current family pages cover Class 600, 900, 1500 and 2500. |
| Body material | Existing options include WCB, WC6, WC9, C12A and CF8M depending on the product family. |
| End connection | Specify RF, RTJ or BW and the exact line-class requirements. |
| Inspection scope | Confirm test standard, NDE/PMI needs, material traceability, dimensional checks and documentation before production. |
Selection Logic
Pressure seal describes the bonnet construction, not the line function. A gate valve is selected mainly for isolation, a globe valve for shutoff or throttling, and a check valve for reverse-flow prevention. The pressure seal requirement is then combined with the correct valve function and pressure class.
Project Application
These designs are typically considered for high-pressure steam, power generation and severe process piping. Final valve selection should be confirmed against the project design conditions, applicable design standard, material specification, operating cycle and approved drawings.
For final selection, use the project valve specification, piping material class, approved datasheet and service conditions as the controlling documents.
Factory & Quality Evidence
Buyers can review YINKE VALVE factory information, quality certificates, sample inspection records and project references before technical and commercial confirmation.
