When This Design Is Useful

Dual plate check valves are selected where a compact non-return valve is preferred between piping flanges or in other compact end arrangements. Final selection should follow the project specification, required face-to-face arrangement, fluid conditions and pressure-test requirements.

For final selection, use the project valve specification, piping material class, approved datasheet and service conditions as the controlling documents.
